The semi-trailer milk transport vehicle made of 3.0mm thick food-grade AISI 304-2B stainless steel sheet. It is welded into shape using a CNC fully automatic argon arc welding machine, ground and polished using a rolling and polishing machine, and then rolled into an elliptical cylinder in one go by a large plate rolling machine, making it difficult for dirt to accumulate.

The semi-trailer fresh milk transport truck is made of 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plate, which is expanded into two butterfly shaped closed partitions and two manhole anti wave plates. All partitions/anti wave plates are installed inside the tank truck by full welding and equipped with arc-shaped flushing edges, forming a wide angle at the connection with the tank for easy cleaning.

All welded joints inside the tank undergo six rounds of polishing according to Australian production standards, achieving international food-grade quality. This type of butterfly-shaped head has significantly higher strength than flat or corrugated heads.
Milk inlet/milk outlet
The rear of the tanker truck consists of a butterfly valve with a 50mm diameter milk inlet/outlet and a 50mm pipe opening, along with a tapless nut cap, ending at the rear of the tanker truck inside the rear milk tank.

The semi-trailer milk transport truck adopts imported polyurethane spray foam to cover the entire tank truck, and is firmly tied to the outer side of the tank truck liner. In addition, 10mm rubber cotton fireproof insulation is added, with uniform and delicate organization and good insulation effect. Transport liquid food at room temperature with a temperature difference of 30 ℃, and the temperature change within 24 hours should not exceed 1℃.
By using specialized R&D software to calculate the stress area of the tank body during the tanker's movement and turning, stainless steel reinforcing rings are fully welded to the inner liner of the tank at appropriate proportional intervals to support the entire tank. This effectively reduces the thickness of the inner liner and decreases the tanker's weight while ensuring the overall strength of the tank body.
Transportation Efficiency and Cost: Semi-trailers are designed with a large carrying capacity, allowing for the transport of large quantities of fresh milk at once, reducing the number of round trips, improving transportation efficiency, and lowering unit cargo transportation costs. Their fuel economy is superior to other vehicle types, resulting in lower long-term operating costs.
Insulation Technology: A 120mm thick high-pressure polyurethane insulation layer with a density of 35kg/m³ ensures that the temperature rise of the milk inside the tank is ≤1℃ within 24 hours under a 30℃ temperature difference.
Safe Materials: The inner liner is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, polished to eliminate unsanitary corners, meeting milk tank hygiene standards.
Supports compartmentalized designs (e.g., 2-3 compartments) for simultaneous transport of different media; optional components such as flow meters and level gauges are available to adapt to diverse needs.

The semi-trailer milk transport vehicle uses an 80-120mm thick polyurethane integral foam insulation layer with low thermal conductivity, effectively blocking external heat. When the ambient temperature difference is 30℃, the temperature rise of the milk inside the tank does not exceed 1℃ in 24 hours, far exceeding industry standards (typically requiring a 24-hour temperature rise ≤2℃).
Furthermore, the tank's compartmentalized partition design reduces liquid flow impact, avoids localized temperature fluctuations, and further optimizes the insulation effect.

The internal temperature of the tank is displayed in real time.A temperature recorder is an electronic instrument specifically designed to automatically track and record temperature changes inside refrigerated trucks, containers, and cold storage facilities.Fresh milk requires a constant temperature of 2-4℃ during transportation, and high-quality vehicles can achieve a temperature difference of ≤1℃ over 48 hours.
