Details of Bulk Feed Truck
Bulk feed truck body (feed tank body)
The tank design of the bulk feed transporter adopts a frame structure, high-density load-bearing keel and integrated fully welded body. The two inner side panels of the box body and the horizontal screw machine are in a "V" shape, ensuring that the bulk feed will enter the screw machine only by gravity when it slides down the slope. The vertical outer side panels integrate the chassis and the box body, making the whole vehicle beautiful and coordinated. The box body can be divided into compartments according to customer requirements. When unloading, the compartment doors are opened in sequence to connect with the screw for unloading.
Screw conveyor system
The screw conveying system includes horizontal screw machine, vertical screw machine and inclined screw machine. Its pipe diameters are 273, 273, and 219 respectively. The conveying capacity is arranged in order from small to large, namely horizontal screw machine, vertical screw machine and inclined screw machine, so as to ensure smooth unloading without blocking. The front and rear ends of the screw machine are designed with sealing devices, which are driven by hydraulic motors and controlled by manual handles of the hydraulic system to control the steering and sequence.

After arriving at the storage tower of the farm, check each operating handle, make sure the unloading valve is in the open state, disconnect the clutch, and close the power take-off switch to be in the working state. Pay attention to adjusting the engine speed to the idle state and put the longitudinal handle in the lifting position. When the cylinder piston rod extends out and the tilting screw machine is lifted to the corresponding height of the material tower, close the operating handle. Use the turbine vortex reducer crank to rotate the screw machine to adjust the discharge port of the tilting screw machine to dock with the storage tower port. When ready, open the tilting and vertical screw machines, the motor operating handle, and the horizontal screw machine in turn. The feed can be continuously transported to the storage tower through these three screw machines. When the feed truck transports two kinds of feed, it must first unload one kind of feed from the two normally open bins in the middle of the box, and then open the normally closed doors of the front and rear bins, drive the feed truck to the storage tower for the two kinds of feed, repeat the unloading process of one kind of feed, and finally open the normally closed door of the rear bin, drive the car to the storage tower for the three kinds of feed, and complete the full unloading process.
