The flatbed is constructed of high-quality 5mm/6mm checkered plate, approximately 7 meters long and 2.55 meters wide. It features a 1.2-meter hydraulic tail tilt mechanism, imported hydraulic system operating valves, and slideways made of low-alloy 8mm/10mm C-section steel. The double subframes utilize a 1+1 structure of low-alloy 8mm/10mm square tubes. The flatbed telescopic system is oiled in 100g red, and the lifting cylinders are 80/90mm (all cylinders use imported seals). The rear support beam has three sections capable of carrying 8/10 tons. The 8/10-ton hydraulic reel is equipped with a pair of trailer seats, a pair of steel plate forks, a chain hook, a pair of L-shaped tire carriers, two tire fenders, two auxiliary castors, four tie-down straps, a chain hook, and a hand wash basin. An optional LED warning light is also included.

Instructions for Use

1. Operation of power take-off

The engagement or disengagement of the power take-off must be achieved through the clutch, that is, first depress the clutch pedal to disengage the clutch, turn on or off the power take-off, and then release the clutch pedal.

Note: The power take-off must not be forced to engage.

2. Operation of hydraulic winch

a Pull out the power take-off handle, the power take-off engages, and the oil pump works.

b Extend the flat plate to the appropriate position according to the operation sign.

c Operate the platform lifting handle to fit the platform to the ground.

d Use a chain or a fastening cable to firmly fix the wire rope in the appropriate position of the towing vehicle.

e Retract the wire rope, pull the vehicle onto the flat plate, and fix it with a hook.

3. Towing operation

a. Drive the tow truck to the appropriate position and make it in line with the towed vehicle;

b. Engage the power take-off (operation method as before)

c. Put the support arm in the appropriate position according to the operation sign

d. Extend the telescopic arm to the appropriate position (no less than 25 cm, i.e. the second hole of the telescopic arm)

e. Insert the rear bracket of the tire into the square hole of the front bracket, clamp the tire, and fix it with the front bracket with a pin

f. Use a fastening zipper to fix the tire on the bracket

g. Release the handbrake of the towed vehicle and put the gear lever in the neutral position. If the towed vehicle is lifted from the rear end, the steering wheel should be fixed and it cannot be turned;

i. Turn off the power take-off (operation method as before), tow and drive at a speed not exceeding 30km/h

j. Arrive at the designated location, put down the towed vehicle, and reset all parts.
