Spraying System Configuration

‌Basic Functions‌: Standard front spray (width 14-15 meters), rear spray, side spray, and a 360-degree adjustable landscaping water cannon with a range of 25-30 meters.

‌Expanded Configurations‌: Optional 30m/40m air cylinder fog cannon (with dust suppression or pesticide spraying capabilities). The rear work platform supports a high-pressure water cannon (range over 30 meters).

‌Water Pump Performance‌: High-power dedicated water pump with a flow rate of 40 cubic meters per hour, a head of 50-90 meters, and supports fire-fighting water intake.

Ball Valve

Adopt stainless steel large diameter ball valve, which has larger flow and longer service life.

Flange Pad

(1) The maintenance of the vehicle chassis and supporting pumps shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding instruction manual. 

(2) The vehicle shall be run-in according to the requirements of the vehicle instruction manual before use.

(3) When transporting the vehicle for long distances, the vehicle shall be equipped with fixed anti-skid devices at the front, back, left and right sides, and a gap of more than 200mm shall be left on all sides. If the vehicle is transported by itself, the front nozzle and rear sprinkler shall generally be removed to prevent loosening and loss.

(4) Check the outlet holes and ports for blockage regularly. If any blockage is found, it shall be cleaned in time.

(5) After each shift, the oil stains shall be cleaned, the pipes shall be neatly rolled up, the site shall be cleaned, and the doors shall be closed and locked.

(6) When the vehicle is not used for a long time or stored in winter, the remaining water in the tank, pump and pipes shall be drained. When stored, it shall be parked in the carport and wiped clean to avoid exposure to the sun and rain.
