Standard Equipment Of FOTON Refrigerated Truck
SIDE DOOR
The side doors of the box body are bonded with fully enclosed polyurethane panels. Stainless steel corners and thickened aluminum alloy edges are used at the joints between the side doors and the box body to ensure sealing and reduce air leakage.
The thickness of the side door is uniformly 80mm (consistent with the box body) and the width is about 1840mm, which meets the requirements of forklift loading and unloading.
Refrigerated Unit
The refrigeration unit is equipped with domestic units such as Hanxue and Kairui, which support conventional cold chain temperature control from -5℃ to -18℃, with high cost performance, suitable for urban distribution and short-distance transportation scenarios.
High-end units can be equipped with imported units such as Carrier, Thermo King , suitable for strict temperature control requirements such as medicine and deep-frozen food, with faster cooling speed and temperature fluctuation ≤±2℃.
DOOR LOCK
The door lock is made of 304/316 stainless steel, with a polished or brushed surface to adapt to the high humidity environment of cold chain transportation and is not easy to rust or deform after long-term use.
The door lock is equipped with a 3-5-point linkage lock to improve the sealing of the door and reduce the risk of air conditioning leakage.
Rubber Seal strip
It adopts a 5-blade structure with aluminum alloy strips, and enhances the sealing effect through multi-level contact surfaces to reduce cold air leakage.
EPDM: Excellent low temperature resistance (withstands extreme environment of -40℃), strong anti-aging, not easy to harden or crack after long-term use, widely used in pharmaceutical and deep-cold food transportation scenarios.

Anti-slip and wear-resistant : The surface of the aluminum patterned plate adopts a concave and convex pattern design, which significantly improves the anti-slip performance during cargo loading and unloading, and is especially suitable for transporting fresh, frozen and other easy-to-slide cargo scenes. Lightweight and corrosion-resistant : Made of aluminum alloy, it has both lightweight (about 20%-30% lighter than traditional steel plates) and corrosion-resistant properties, and is suitable for cold chain transportation in high humidity environments.

Emergency Power Supply
The emergency power supply of the refrigerated truck uses an external power supply (220V/380V) to drive an independent compressor, which keeps the refrigeration unit running when the vehicle is turned off or the engine fails, ensuring a constant temperature in the cargo compartment.
The emergency system of the refrigerated truck is linked to the original vehicle condenser through an independent refrigerant pipeline to achieve an uninterrupted refrigeration cycle, which is suitable for temporary parking or fault repair scenarios in long-distance transportation.
Meat Hook
The meat hook system achieves 360° circulation coverage of cold air by hanging white strips of meat (spacing ≥30cm), ensuring that the temperature of meat is stable at -15~-18℃ during transportation to prevent oxidation and deterioration.
The spacing of the horizontal bars on the top of the box is increased to 0.45 meters, and the detachable guide rails are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which supports quick disassembly and assembly.
