The milk transport vehicle is made of 3.0mm thick food-grade AISI 304-2B stainless steel plate. It is welded into shape using a CNC fully automatic argon arc welding machine, polished using a rolling and polishing machine, and then rolled into an elliptical cylinder in one go by a large plate rolling machine, making it difficult for dirt to accumulate.
Inner end cap of Milk Tank
The inner compartment heads of the milk tanks are made of 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel butterfly heads. These heads are formed by a single hydraulic blow molding process, resulting in a uniform and aesthetically pleasing appearance. During vehicle operation, they effectively mitigate the impact of fresh milk on the tank heads, exhibiting significantly higher impact resistance than flat and conical heads.

Two butterfly-shaped enclosed baffles and two baffles with manholes are formed from 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plates. All baffles/baffles are fully welded to the inside of the tanker and fitted with curved flushing edges to create a wide angle at the connection with the tanker for easy cleaning. All welded joints inside the tank undergo six rounds of grinding and polishing according to Australian production process requirements, achieving international food-grade standards. The strength of this butterfly-shaped head is significantly higher than that of flat heads or corrugated plate heads.
Milk inlet/milk outlet
The rear of the tanker truck consists of a butterfly valve with a 50mm diameter milk inlet/outlet and a 50mm pipe opening, along with a tapless nut cap, ending at the rear of the tanker truck inside the rear milk tank.

Insulation layer: Imported polyurethane spray foam covers the entire tanker and is securely secured to the outside of the tanker's inner liner. An additional 10mm layer of fire-resistant and heat-insulating rubber-plastic cotton is added. The material is uniformly fine, dense, and provides excellent insulation. Under normal temperature conditions, when transporting liquid food with a 30℃ temperature difference, the temperature change within 24 hours will not exceed 1℃.

8. Outer Tank: The outer shell is riveted together, making installation and maintenance easier and significantly reducing weight, allowing for a larger milk load.
9. CIP Cleaning System: CIP cleaning points are evenly distributed throughout the tanker interior, all made of SUS304 stainless steel. The cleaning spray can rotate 360°, ensuring the cleaning solution reaches every part of the tank and provides sufficient impact force.
10. Milk Inlet/Outlet: Located at the rear of the tanker, this system consists of a 50mm diameter milk inlet/outlet, a 50mm pipe butterfly valve, and a tapless nut cap, ending at the rear of the tanker inside the rear milk tank.
11. Two-Way Breathing Valve: An integrated venting valve system is installed along with the milk inlet/outlet to ensure proper ventilation during milk intake and discharge operations.
12. Anti-slip platform: The anti-slip platform uses stamped and folded anti-slip treads made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy plates, effectively preventing slippage due to icing in cold weather, thus facilitating safe movement of operators on top of the tank when cleaning it.
14. Ladder: The ladder is made of SUS304 stainless steel tubing bent and welded to the front of the transport tank for easy access for operators.
