The Drinking water truck is made of 3.0mm thick food-grade 304-2B stainless steel plate. It is welded into shape using a CNC fully automatic argon arc welding machine, polished using a rolling and polishing machine, and then rolled into an elliptical cylinder in one go by a large plate rolling machine, making it difficult for dirt to accumulate.

The drinking water transport truck employs 4mm-thick 304 2B stainless steel butterfly heads for compartmentalized tank closures. These heads are formed through a single-stage hydraulic expansion process, resulting in a uniform and aesthetically pleasing appearance. During vehicle operation, they effectively mitigate the impact of fresh milk on the tank closures, offering significantly higher impact resistance than flat or conical heads.

The Drinking Water Transport Truck employs 4mm-thick 304 2B stainless steel plates expanded into two butterfly-shaped enclosed partitions and two manhole-equipped anti-slosh baffles. All partitions/baffles are fully welded to the inner tank liner and fitted with curved flush guards, creating wide-angle connections for easy cleaning. All internal welds undergo a six-step grinding and polishing process per Australian manufacturing standards, achieving international food-grade compliance.

Milk inlet/milk outlet

The rear of the tanker truck consists of a butterfly valve with a 50mm diameter milk inlet/outlet and a 50mm pipe opening, along with a tapless nut cap, ending at the rear of the tanker truck inside the rear milk tank.

The drinking water transport truck features an imported polyurethane spray foam coating covering the entire tank body, securely bonded to the outer surface of the tank liner. An additional 10mm layer of rubber-plastic cotton provides fireproofing and thermal insulation, offering uniform, fine-grained structure and excellent heat retention. When transporting liquid food at ambient temperature with a 30°C temperature difference, the temperature variation over 24 hours does not exceed 1°C.

External gallbladder: The shell is installed by riveting together, making installation and maintenance more convenient, and the weight is greatly reduced. In comparison, it can load more milk for users.

CIP cleaning system: CIP cleaning points are evenly distributed inside the tank truck, all made of SUS304 material. The cleaning spray water can rotate 360 °, allowing the cleaning solution to reach any part of the tank and ensuring sufficient impact force.

Milk inlet/outlet: At the rear of the tanker, it consists of a 50mm diameter milk inlet/outlet, a butterfly valve with a 50mm pipe opening, and a non tapping nut cover, which ends at the rear of the tanker on the inside of the rear milk box.

 Bidirectional breathing valve: an integrated ventilation valve system that will be installed together with the milk inlet/outlet to ensure the ventilation performance of the tanker during milk intake and discharge operations.

Anti slip platform: The anti slip platform adopts an anti slip pedal formed by stamping and folding stainless steel or alloy aluminum plates, which effectively provides anti slip effect and avoids the situation of anti slip failure due to freezing in cold weather, making it convenient for operators to walk safely on the top of the tank when washing.

Escalator: The escalator is made of SUS304 stainless steel pipe bent and welded to the front of the vehicle transport tank for easy access by operators.

Temperature display

The internal temperature of the tank is displayed in real time.A temperature recorder is an electronic instrument specifically designed to automatically track and record temperature changes inside refrigerated trucks, containers, and cold storage facilities.
