Components and Uses
Boom
The boom is extended and retracted by a hydraulic cylinder, with a hook pulley suspended from the top of the boom.
Load Indicator
The load indicator indicates the total rated load of the vehicle chassis when unloaded, at various boom lengths and boom angles.
Hoisting Mechanism
The hoisting mechanism is driven by a hydraulic motor and raises or lowers the load via a steel wire rope.
Column
The column supports the boom, hoisting mechanism, and luffing cylinder, and is driven by the slewing system.
Slewing System
The slewing system generally includes a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic reduction gearbox, and other components to rotate the column.
Frame Base
The base is mounted directly on the vehicle chassis and supports the column and outriggers.
Hydraulic Oil Tank
The hydraulic oil tank holds the hydraulic oil specifically for the truck crane and serves as a heat dissipator and sediment filter.

Rear outrigger
Installed behind the vehicle's rear axle, it connects to the frame to further enhance vehicle stability.
