Components and Uses
The overall layout of the boom is compact, symmetrical, aesthetically pleasing, and fully functional.
The boom assembly adopts a hexagonal cross-section, optimized bending angle and size of the cross-section, simple and compact arm head plate structure, high-strength cylinder material, which not only has a light weight but also strong load-bearing, bending resistance and lateral stability. The advanced overall bending and forming process greatly improves the performance and quality of the crane arm.
Nylon sliders and lubrication nozzles are installed on the front, back, and sides to ensure smooth and easy maintenance of the boom. Each lower part of the boom is designed with steel wire rope rollers to ensure good protection of the boom at any working position.
The slewing mechanism adopts a conventional three hinge point structure, where the slewing oil cylinder, turntable, and boom are hinged together. Through the extension and contraction of the slewing oil cylinder, the boom can achieve an angle change of 0 °~75 °.
