Efficient Operation

Rapid Heating: Features an Italian-imported diesel burner (e.g., Liyalu) with heating efficiency of 10-15°C/hour, reducing auxiliary construction time.

Nozzle Design: Utilizes 29-36 individually controlled smart nozzles supporting free row/column combinations. Spray volume ranges from 0.2-3.5 L/m² to meet diverse requirements.

Foldable Spray Bar: The three-section spray bar adjusts vertically and expands horizontally to effectively bypass obstacles, while supporting hand-held spray hoses for corner applications.

Adaptability

Multi-Medium Compatibility: Capable of spraying hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, and other materials, suitable for expressways, county/rural roads, and seal coat applications.

Cab Control

You can independently control the nozzles from both the cab and the rear platform, allowing for variable spreading width.

Control System

The common type needs manual control from the rear platform; the intelligent type supports touch screen computer control in the cab (Siemens system from Germany), which can adjust the spreading amount, vehicle speed and asphalt pump speed in real time.

Spreading width: 4-6 meters (adjustable), spreading density range 0.2~3.0kg/m² (or 0.25~3L/㎡), number of nozzles 15-39 (intelligent type supports independent control).

Thermal oil automatic heating system

Thermal oil automatic heating system (Italy Riello G10 burner, 100,000 kcal/hour), thermal oil pump model RY40-25-160, heating efficiency 10-15℃/hour.

Asphalt Pump

High viscosity asphalt pump, can pump in and out.

Ordinary type: QGB270 emulsified asphalt pump (270L/min);

Intelligent type: QGB680 high viscosity asphalt pump (680L/min) or Belgian TGGP imported pump, supporting self-priming and pumping functions.

3. The heating system adopts the burner imported from Italy, which has the functions of automatic ignition and temperature control;

4. The domestic advanced asphalt pump can pump the external asphalt into the tank to realize "self suction" and also pump the asphalt out of the tank;

5. On the premise of ensuring that the maintenance and disassembly of other parts will not be hindered, each part of the ladder and handrail are arranged to facilitate operation;

6. Vehicle mounted rapid heating system (10-15 ℃ / h) can improve heating efficiency and reduce construction auxiliary time to ensure spraying temperature;

7. The asphalt spray rod adopts a three-stage folding structure. The double or multiple spraying can be realized by moving the spray rod up and down. The spraying range can be expanded by moving the spray rod left and right, and the obstacles can be avoided effectively;

9. The manual spraying function enables the asphalt to be sprayed through the hand nozzle, which is flexible and convenient. It is suitable for small-scale and corner construction. Connect the hand spray gun. Open the main oil outlet valve, Opener transfer valve, open the oil return valve, and use the oil return valve to adjust the pressure of the spray gun.

10. Good insulation layer can ensure the static insulation performance index ≤ 12 ℃ / 8 hours, and the corrosion resistance is durable;
