Chassis Performance Advantages: The FAW 8000L Septic Suction Truck typically uses a high-quality FAW Jiefang chassis. These chassis are renowned for their durability, and their configurations usually include a high-horsepower engine (such as a Cummins 180 hp Euro V engine), a 5-ton front axle, and a 10-ton rear axle, ensuring the vehicle's power and load-bearing capacity.

Upper Structure Features: The upper structure of FAW 8000L Septic Suction Truck is professionally designed. The tank is generally made of 6mm thick high-quality carbon steel (such as Wuhan Iron and Steel steel plates), with built-in baffles to effectively prevent liquid fluctuations and improve driving stability. Core equipment includes a Yifeng 10-ton vacuum pump or an SK series water circulation pump, providing strong suction with a vertical suction lift of up to 8 meters. Filling the tank takes approximately 10 minutes, and emptying takes approximately 5 minutes, resulting in high operating efficiency.

The tank also features a hydraulic lifting and self-unloading function, and the rear door can be hydraulically opened for easy dumping of waste.

Operational Efficiency and Applicability: The large 8-cubic-meter capacity design reduces the number of back-and-forth emptying trips, allowing for the coverage of a larger area in a single operation, making it particularly suitable for septic tank cleaning and sewer sludge suction. Some models also feature water-sludge exchange capabilities, enabling flexible resource allocation during cleaning and sludge suction, further improving operational efficiency.

Gravity outfall

The material is usually transparent polymethacrylate resin, which has the advantages of high transparency, good toughness and strong pressure resistance.

Multi-way valve

The material of the multi-way valve is generally cast steel, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, small resistance and simple structure.

Advantages: It has efficient exhaust capacity and short exhaust time, can quickly form a vacuum environment, has a long service life and stable performance.

Standard Operation: After starting the generator, the throttle frequency should be controlled between 50-52 Hz, the voltage indicator should be at 400V, and the throttle position should be fixed. When operating the PTO hand valve, the clutch must be depressed. During normal operation, the PTO hand valve should remain closed.

Overload Prevention: The tank level must be monitored through the sight glass or level alarm. Once it reaches three-quarters full or the alarm sounds, immediately shut off the PTO and turn the four-way valve to the neutral position to release the vacuum in the tank. "Tank explosion" is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, waste may enter the vacuum pump, causing serious damage that is not covered under warranty.

Safe Lifting: When lifting the tank to discharge waste, ensure the ground is relatively level. Lifting with one side higher than the other is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the cylinder or cover. Before lifting, open the four locking hooks on the rear cover.
