Gravity outfall

Viewing window

The material is usually transparent polymethacrylate resin, which has the advantages of high transparency, good toughness and strong pressure resistance.

(1) Maintain the appropriate speed of the vacuum pump. If the speed of the vacuum pump is too high, the rotor will heat up; if the speed is too low, it will cause additional impact on the engine and components, affecting the service life. To achieve the appropriate working speed, please adjust the best position of the hand throttle according to the pump type in advance. 

⑵ Self-unloading and turning over the tank on a flat ground; Self-unloading and turning over the tank on an inclined road will cause distortion and deformation of each component, leading to failure, and may cause a rollover accident.

 ⑶ Open the rear tank door of the tank body first when self-unloading and turning over the tank: Before self-unloading and turning over the tank, the locking bolts should be loosened first, and the rear tank door should be lifted to the required angle. When the tank body is fully loaded, it is forbidden to lift the tank body with the rear tank door closed, otherwise there is a risk of rollover. 

⑷ When the oil pump and vacuum pump are taking power, the engine is idle, and the clutch pedal is fully stepped on. After turning on the power take-off switch, slowly release the clutch pedal. 

⑸ When the car is driving, the vacuum pump and oil pump are in a stopped state. 

⑹ The vehicle is not allowed to suck in materials larger than the diameter of the hose, or transport waste oil and dangerous goods.

⑺ When entering the bottom of the tank or inspecting it in the self-unloading tank lifting state, support rods and safety blocks must be used.

⑻ When transporting waste, the vehicle must drive at medium and slow speeds, and no sharp turns or sudden brakes are allowed, because there is no wave-breaking board in the tank and the center of gravity is higher
