Tank and Valves: Carefully inspect the tank connections for secure fitment and ensure valves are tightly closed, with no leaks, corrosion, or deformation.

Vehicle Safety Systems: Check tire pressure, wear, and for any damage; ensure the braking system is sensitive and reliable; ensure lights are in good working order.

Safety Equipment: Confirm that the vehicle is equipped with a complete and effective set of emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, snow chains, and wheel chocks.

Static Electricity Protection: Before loading oil, the static grounding wire must be connected and its integrity checked. During loading, the loading arm must extend to the bottom of the tank, with the nozzle approximately 15 cm from the bottom. Strictly control the initial filling speed to within 1 m/s, gradually increasing the flow rate only after the outlet is submerged. After loading, allow the oil to settle for 5 minutes before disconnecting the grounding.

Operational Safety: Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited during oil loading and unloading. Operators must wear anti-static work clothes and shoes. Ensure all pipe connections are secure to prevent oil leaks.
