The rear flap bucket hanging device consists of a hydraulically driven flip frame, a clamp mechanism and a locking device. It is suitable for 240L/660L standard trash cans and can simultaneously hang two plastic buckets for dumping. It is suitable for urban standardized garbage sorting scenarios and can handle 50-80 barrels of garbage (total weight of about 8-12 tons) per day, reducing the manpower demand by 60% compared with manual bulk loading. After the trash can is embedded in the bucket hanging frame, the hydraulic cylinder drives the flip frame to lift (angle ≥120°), and the garbage slides into the filler hopper at the front of the compression box by gravity, and is compressed with the scraper and slide plate. Single dumping cycle ≤30 seconds, PLC electronic control system supports one-button cycle operation, reducing the complexity of manual operation.

‌Whole vehicle cleaning‌

Wash the vehicle body surface, the inside of the trash box and the inner cavity of the tamping device thoroughly to remove residual garbage and dirt to avoid corrosion of the box.

When flushing, avoid direct impact of water flow on electrical components (such as sensors, control panels) and the air inlet of the hydraulic oil tank.

‌Key system inspection‌

‌Hydraulic system‌: Check the hydraulic oil reserve to ensure that the oil level meets the standard; observe whether the oil pipe and joints are leaking and repair them in time.

‌Engine‌: Check the oil level and coolant volume, and replenish if necessary; observe whether the engine runs smoothly and whether there is any abnormal sound or odor.

‌Tire‌: Check tire pressure, wear and whether there is foreign matter embedded to ensure driving safety.
